A NEW AWARD. By Telegraph.—Press Assoclafon. Wellington, Last Night. The Arbitration Court has filed the award for the engineering trade. Hours remain forty-four a week and wages are increased one farthing an hour. Tradesmen now receive 2s 2d an hour and planers, shapers, slotters and boxers 2s OJd an hour. It is now compulsory that men who worked all day and till after midnight be allowed an eight hour break or be paid double time for work done on the following day.
