JAPAN PROTESTS TO AMERICA. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Dec. 27, 5.5 p.m. Washington, Dee. 26. Japan, through her Ambassador in Washington, formally protested against the anti-Japanese laws of California and other Pacific coast States, following on the Supreme Court, decision. Japan does not question the legality of that decision. but complains of the whole unfriendly situation arising against her former subjects resident in America.
