A FURTHER REDUCTION. By Tolepaph— Press Assn —Copyright. Received Nov. 13, 8.25 p.m. New York, Nov. 12. Refiners announce a’ reduction in the price of petrol, bringing the average wholesale price in the United States approximately to thirteen cents a gallon, compared with twenty-one cents in 1021, and the retail price eighteen cents, compared with twenty-nine cents in 1921. Predictions are made that the retail price will drop to fifteen cents in the next three months..
