em PBBSS moouTiov. Nelson, November 14. The Baptist JubiWe Conference today debated numerous important propositions. At the morning session the president introduced his scheme for s. Board of Introduction, to introduo<> ministers and churches to one another. A very lengthy discussion ensued, in whioh Rev. J. G. Greenhough took part. Ultimately the scheme was unanimously adopted. Rev. A. Dewdney submitted, a bold proposal for thr prosecution of home missions, by placing ministers of experience in towns in whioh no Baptist church exists, and by unifying the mission sohemes of provincial auxiliaries. Ths report was adopted. In both oases influential committees are to be set up to energetically prosecute the schemes. Rev. J. Boreham submitted a report of the Baptist Almanack, whioh showed a circulation of 7250, with a balance in hand. In the evening a great jubile* demonstration was held in the School of Music. Rev. Dolamore, the pioneer minister, presided, and addresses were delivered by Rev. DalUston (Wellington), and C'ark (Auckland). Rev. J. G. Greenhough, the representative from ; Great Britain, delivered a splendid speech, bis utterances being most warmly received and greeted with great enthusiasm.
