RATING ON UNIMPROVED VALUES.
| PKR PRE 38 ASSOCIATION. | Wellington, November 14. A poll of ratepayers was taken today on the proposal to apply the rating on unimproved values system to eity properties. There were 6100 v iters on the roll, 2852 of whom voted, 1261 for the proposal and 591 against. The system will come into operation next March.
