Tho Brigade have much reason to be grateful to these ladies and particularly to Mrs. Goldwater whose energies must have been taxed most severely in attending to! so many details. Nor must the courtesy I and attention of the Secretary, Mr. H. Smart, be overlooked, He worked hard from first to last and contributed in no small measure to the satisfactory result obtained. Captain Belliiager and his officers all did their best, and it is to be hoped that the Brigade will benefit to the extent which their services deserve,
