Mr. J. B. Roy applied for the discharge of Wm. Meury Partridge. Applicant fikd on lGth February, his assets being stated at L2O and liabilities L 35 18s 6d. Since filing his estate realised L4l 4s lid. The bankrupt, on examination by His Honor, stated, that he started farming and bought the goodwill of 112 acres of leasehold land for L 55, which he pud i* cash. There were 19 cows that went with the lease. He had lost sover.il head of stock. He sold out for L7O the day before he filed, His liabilities when he took the farm were over L2O. Ho had not received any part of the sale proceeds. The discharge was granted.
