The "Times," in a leader, declares that the French have taken the only proper course. It hopes that British occupation of the Ruhr district will not be required. Should Germany find herself unable to control Yon Watter, English opinion will be insistent that the French shall be given the fullest support. England cannot stand aside. The "Times" hopes'that no responsible British statesman has employed language pervertible into a suggestion that such passivity is contemplated.
