The Advisory Council of tne Ministry of Reconstruction advocates the nationalising of electric -power on a strictly commercial basis, which would be able to supply current cheaper than now. They express the opinion that the nation is losing £100,000,000 yearly through failure to take full advantage of electrical progress.
