(Received April 13, 5.5 p.m.) The Hague, April 9. A deputation from the Limburo- province waited upon the Queen and the Premier, declaring their desire to remain Dutch. They presented a petition signed by 172,543 persons. The Queen has ■ since declared that she will never abandon Limburg.
