Vienna, April 4. The Hungarian Government is tak-. ing control of insurance companies, hotels, and boardingliouses. it has ordered the confiscation of jewellery worth! over 2000 crowns, and has ordered ther banks to pay a maximum' of 2000 crowns a month out of private accounts.. The Austrian Foreign Office is negotiating .with the Italian mission withal view to the establishment of an Austrian free zone at Trieste. The negotiations are likely to result favourably., _ Thirty Bolshevist agitators have arrived'at Vienna and established - them* i selves at the Hungarian Legation.
