(Received April 13, 5.5 p.m.) ■ Budapest, April 11. The Socialists at Kesdtholy arrested the Archduke Joseph Franz and Counij Julius Comssics, who were fleeing to Germany. The archduke, wiio wore no collar, and was in a muddy state, de-* clared that he had underrated the feeling in Hungary. He was quite satisfied with Soviet ideals, and he himselJq was a partisan of Lenin's ideas. Many women and girls are joining! the Red Army. .
