The battleship Kaiser Wilhelm II went aground in a fog at Flensburg. It is feared that her guns and ammunition must be removed. ,„„_,_ BELGIAN STEAMER WRECKED.
(Received Dec 10, 5.5 p.m.) London, Dec 9. The Belgian steamer Vandyck was wrecked at Land's End, and 14 persons were drowned.
