(Roceivcd March 17, 0.5 a.m.) ' London, March 16. During the Army debate Mr Hamar Greuwood (L.) referring to Sir lan •Hamilton's book, said he considered the publication of the opinions of salaried officers under Mr Haldano inconsistent with the best interests of the service. It was no compliment to the intelligence of Mr Haldane or his supporters that he should lean on a subordinate in his own department.
