The British Naval Estimates have impressed the newspapers. Soma declare that there are no Little Englandcrs left. The "Tacjilische Rundschau" says that ns Sir Edward Grey, British Foreign Secrrftary, preached fraternity, disarmament and arbitration he should let Britain take the lead.
