MOTUEKA ROAD BOARD.
The ordinary monthly meeting ol the Board was held on the sth inatant, at which Messrs Jordan, Boyoo, Neal, Trewavas end Wratt were present. The minutes of the previous monthly and special meetings having been read and adopted, accounts for £9 13s were passed for | payment. Resolved, That work on Green tone be deferred until the Board's financial position has considerably improved. Resolved, That the Secretary oommunioate again with the Receiver of Land Revenue setting forth the necessity of recovering the amount (£7 4s 4d) of thirds due on account of secbion 3, block x, paid in error to the Waimea County Council; I Resolved, That all applicants for eand on Thorpe's road be referred to the Chairman, who may, at his discretion, give permission. Resolved, That £2 be expended in the purchase of blaokbirds' eggs at one penny per dozen, and that Mr Jordan collect the Bame. Resolved, That Josiah (Native) be notified to clear and remove gorge from the Pah road alongside his property.
