GOLD SHIPMENTS FROM NELSON.

The Tararua, which sailed for Sydney yesterday, took the undermentioned quantities of gold from Nelson : ounces. From the Union Bank of Australia 5,158 „ Bank of New South Wales... 5,500 „ Bank of New Zealand 5,700 16,358 The vnlue of this shipment is £63,377 55.. By the June steamer 19,182 ounces were exported, and the shipment in May was 16,395 ounces, giving a total of gold exported from Nelson for the three months of 51,535 ounces, the value of which is the large sum of £190,860 12s. 6d.
