The Board of Trade has issued an order which limits meals in public places and boardinghouses to three courses in the evening, and two courses at other meals, cheese not being reckoned, while meatless and Ashless hors d'eeuvr'e, soup and dessert arc counted as a half-course each. A further order is foreshadowed providing for meatless days universally.
