ATTACK ON EGYPT.

ENVER PASHA'S PLANS.

Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. NEW YORK, December 5

The Berlin correspondent of the "New York Times" obtained exclusively a speech by Enver Pasha in the Turkish Parliament, indicating that plans were being laid for the invasion of Egypt. Enver Pasha said that the Turkish offensive against Suez had not been given up, and that they were preparing for large scale operations against Egypt. The campaign would be resumed at the right moment. The retreat in the Caucasus was due to the lack of communications, but the southern army was preparing for another offensive. Turkey had sent troops to assist in Galieia, in the Dobrudja, and at Seres and Drama, while still retaining sufficient to defend her own territory.
