ENTENTE'S ENEMIES DETERMINED TO HOLD OUT. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received November 24, 11.50 a.m.) ATHENS, November 23. The Government based its refusal to hand over war material to the Allies on the ground that siich action will provoke a German declaration of war. Anti-Entente circles are jubilant. They declare that they will face the position resolutely. There is a possibility of a blockade. Somo time ago the Allies demanded the handing over of war material held by the Greeks for use by the National Army, which, it is stated, will shortly be righting alongside the troops of the Entente.
