AFTER THE WAR.
GOVERNMENT OF INDIA. IMPORTANT RESOLUTION BY MOSLEM LEAGUE. By Cable. — Press Association. — Copyright (Received January 4, 9.5 a.m.) BOMBAY, January 3. The Aii-lndia Moslem League has passed a resolution approving of the establishment of a joint committee of the National Congress and the League to formulate a scheme for Indian selfgovernment. The President, in his opening address, said that the only form of Government possible, was self-government under Britain's «gis. India, however, must wait until after the war, when the Empire would be reconstructed on new lines. The war with Turkey was the greatest possible misfortune, and he hoped that when the time came for peace Moslem countries would be so dealt with that their dignity would not be compromised.
