PROMISE OF FULL REPARATION. (Received January 4, 11.25 a.m.) WASHINGTON, January 3. The Austrian Charge d Affaires has assured President Wilson that, if it is proved that an Austrian submarine sank the Persia, full satisfaction and reparation will be given to the United States. Overnight messages relating to the sinking of the Persia will be found in another column.
