The "Daily Graphic" advocates that the Allies shall not make peace except on the condition that the Kaiser, Grand Admiral von Tirpitz, and Ministers be hanged as the authors of the cold blooded murder of civilians on the high seas. NEW YORK, January 3. The sinking of the Persia has enormously increased the chorus against the present policy of the United States.
