DE RENZI WILL CASE.
BEFORE APPEAL COURT. Press Association. WELLINGTON, July 6. The Court of Appeal is hearing argument in De Renzi v. De Renzi, an appeal from the judgment of Mr Justice Denniston, granting to respondent, the daughters of Arthur Castriot De Renzi, late of Ghristchurch, medical practitioner, deceased, an allowance out of their father's estate under the provisions of the Family Protection Act, 1908. Mr Skerrett, K.C., with him Mr Bishop, is appearing for the appellant, and Mr Roymond, K.C., with him Mr von Haast, for the respondents. Argument is proceeding. ,
