De Renzi, an appeal from the judgment of Mr Justice Denniston, granting to respondent, the daughters of Arthur Castriot De Renzi, late of Ghristchurch, medical practitioner, deceased, an allowance out of their father's estate under the provisions of the Family Protection Act, 1908.
