Blogg, and assigned to plaintiff^ Judgment was for the amount claimed, with costs. (Proceeding.) KAIAPOI. At the Ivaiapoi Magistrate's Court this morning, Mr T. A. B. Bailey, S.M., presiding, Henry. Logan was fined 5/-, with costs 7/-, for driving at night without a light. Joseph Listpr was fined 20/- for having employed a person under 21 yoarw of age in the bar of the Mandeville Hotel. A second charge of a similar nature was withdrawn by the police. On the application of her parents, a girl 15 years of age was committed to Te Orangi Home.
