OPINION OF PUBLIC WORKS MINISTER. Press Association. TAUMARUNUI, April 26. The Hon. Fraser (Minister of Public. Works) opened the bridge over the. Ongarite River at Taringamotu. In his speech he said that, though the Government 's resources wore largely drawn upon, they were not exhausted, and sufficient money was available to provide for employment during the winter for all who might be in need of it owing to the effects of the war.
