LONDON MARKETS. (Received August 24, 8.35 a.m.) LONDON, August 23. Copra is dull. South Sea-24/-. Rubber: Para 3/1, plantation 2/4, smoked 2/5. Silver: 20|d. Lead: Imports 17,754 tons, exports 4344 tons. WHEAT AND FLOUR, The harvest of the United Kingdom will be practically completed in a week's time. All the wheat recently gathered is in splendid condition and fit for immediate use. Wheat is firm, with little offering. Australian, afloat, is being held for 45/-. The wheat and flour afloat for the week is estimated at. 2,195,000 quarters, and for the Continent 1,020,000. Atlantic shipments total 784,000 quarters and Pacific nil.
