Sydney Thurlow, claim for 13/- rent and possession of tenement,' judgment was given for plaintiff with 10/ : costs, defendant being given one week in which to quit. W. R. Newton secured judgment against Jas. Haydon for £2 12/6, with 11/- costs; and D. L. Collett against W. J. Heasley for 6/-, with 6/COStS.
