A LOADED REVOLVER.

AND THE OLD SEQUEL. Press Association. NAPIER, August 18. A serious shooting accident occurred last night. Two young ladies named Iris and Gladys Austin, found a revolver in a drawer at a friend's house. Gladys, thinking it was unloaded, playfully pointed it at her sister, but the weapon did not go off. Then a Mrs Broad pointed it at Gladys. She pulled the trigger and the revolver went off, the bullet penetrating Gladys's skull. There is little hope of the victim's recovery.
