THROUGH BAD WEATHER. •.-■TT V ■■■■-. •. . Again bad weathef has interfered with Saturday sports in Christchurch. Early this morning steady rain set in, accompanied by a strong, very cold wind, with snow on, the hills and even in the city. Throughput the morning the rain pelted down, soaking the play-ing-grounds and; causing players to prefer indoor comforts to the bleak, wet discomfort .of . the open air. . Sports officials were mustered,-'audi- they decided to postpone all fixtures. So all football —Rugby Union, Rugby League, and Association and #ll hockey matches were abandoned; for the day.
