LIBERALS, PREPARE! By Cable. —Press Asfbciation.—Copyright. (Received March 18, 9.50 a.m.) SYDNEY, March 18. The Hon. Joseph Cook, addressing his constituents, advised the Liberals to prepare to select candidates.
