The Prince Edward Theatre is showing “The Time, the Place ana the Girl,” a romantic story starring Conrad Nagel and Betty Compson, and “The Case of Sergeant Grischa,” a powerful story based on Arnold Zweig’s famous novel. The Britannia Theatre is showing “Crazy that Way,” a charming romantic story starring Joan Bennett and Kenneth McKenna, and "Dames Ahoy,” a comedy of stage life starring Robert Ames. The Victoria Theatre, IDevonport. is showing “Noah’s Ark,” the spectacular drama of the world in conflict, made with an outstanding cast, and tens of thousands of extra players. The Grey Lynn Cinema is showing “Hold Your Man.” a bright comedy starring Laura La Plante, and “The Million Dollar Collar,” in which the well-known dog actor. Rin-Tin-Tin, does some intelligent work. The Tudor Theatre, Remuera. is showing “The Sky Hawk.” a thrilling tale of adventure in war-time London during the Zeppelin attacks.
