M.P. for Motueka, that the Public Works Department has issued authority for £5,000 on account, for the construction of vehicular traffic roads ip and about Murchison. This is the result of the urgent representations which the settlers have been making for road facilities to enable them to get their cream to the butter factory during the forthcoming season.
