CONCERT FOR BUND

SUCCESSFUL ENTERTAINMENT The first cf a series of concerts organised by the Women’s Committee of the Jubilee Institute for the Blind took place at the Institute on Thursday evening. The programme was arranged by Mrs. D. S. Tole and Mrs. Selwyn Upton, the following giving their services: Miss Margot Toner, piano solos: Miss Allen, violin solos: Miss Mavis Grevatt, harp; Miss Marjory Ryan, vocal solos: Miss Ysolande McVeagh, monologues: Mr. R. Richards, solos, and Mr. Dan Flood, humorous items. The concert was an exceptionally good one. and gave great pleasure to the residents. Mr. J. C. Tole was in the chair.
