RENEWALS AND TRANSFERS (From Our Oun Correspondent) OPOTIKI, • Thursday. The annual meeting of the Bay of Plenty Licensing Committee held for tha purpose of considering applications for new licences, renewals and transfers of licences, was held at To Karaka on Wednesday. The chairman, Mr. P. H. Harper, S.M., presided. The following applications for new licences were granted: Kaiteratahi Hotel, G. S. Caul ton; Te Puke Hotel, Tokomaru Bay, G. A. Neill; Masonic Hotel, Opotiki. F. H. Durbridge; Waerengaokuri Hotel. S. J. Bainbridge; Oil Springs Hotel, Whatatuki, J. A. Synet: Whakatane Hotel. A. Hay ter; Tolaga Bay Hotel, J. P. Hoare. Transfers were granted ns follow". — Whakatane Hotel, from W. Sothorau to A. Hay ter; Waerengaokuri Hotel, from the estate of W. AT. Bainbridge to Saratf Jane Bainbridge: Te Puke Hotel, Tokomaru Bay, from G. H. Puflet to G. A. Neill. Renewals were granted as follow': Motu Hotel. R. R. Caulton; Tuparoa Hotel, C.
