The B team won its; gallon. The club also won the Toolin Cup for the 1928-29 season by defeating Tuakau, In the club ames, Mrs. Bullock was the winner of the championship. Mrs. "Ward being the runner-up. The monthly progressive competition was annexed by Mrs. Hambrook. the runner-up being Mnr. Greenway. Mrs. "Walker won the B grade players’ trophy, Mrs. Richings being second. The lower grade trophies went to Mesdames .Deed and JefTeris. The balance sheet showed a credit of £32 13s. Officers elected were: President, Mrs. Wright: vice-presidents, Meslames Jefferis and Hewitt; committee. Mesdames King - , Bullock. Stringer, Heath and "Ward: Match Committee. Mesdames Hambrook, Stringer and Miss Piggott; secretary, Mrs. Butcher: treasurer, Mrs. Piggott; fternoon tea superintendent, Mrs. Etchings. On behalf of the club, the president, Mrs. Wright, presented Mrs. Rae with ;i silver vase and expressed regret that the club was losing her services.
