ADDRESS BY AMERICAN CONSUL About 130 students attended the first social of the Workers’ Educational Association, which took place at the Old Grammar School on Saturday evening. An interesting talk was given by Mr. Walter F. Boyle, American Consul. on his recent impression of the United States. A short story competition. won by Mr. P. Borman, and various items, completed the evening. In th Q absence of Or. H. Belshaw. Mr. A. M. Richmond, director of tutorial classes, presided.
