TRUCK AND FRUIT CART COLLIDE
While driving a motor-truck laden with passengers through Avondale on Saturday evening, J. H. Hunter, of Portage Road, New Lynn, collided with a horse-drawn fruit cart owned and driven by J. Lucas, of Avondale. Although the cart was seriously damaged no one "was injured.
