IF CONSERVATIVES WIN CHURCHILL AND DOMINION (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) LONDON, Friday. The political correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” - says that if Mr. Baldwin wins the election Mr. Churchill will go to the Dominions Office, Mr. Neville Chamberlain will become Chancellor of the Exchequer, and Sir William Joynson-Hicks will become Minister of Health. The Conservative Party’s organisers anticipate a clear majority of 50.
