NEW REPARATIONS SCHEME OPPOSITION NOT EXPECTED (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) PARIS, Friday. The Committee of Experts on Reparation has made good progress. It is expected that the creditor nations will be able to-day to present their agreed figures to Dr. Schacht, the chief German delegate, who, no doubt, will require time to consider the most important factor. Mr. Owen Young, chief American expert, appears to have given his approval to the scheme. It is understood the figures are within the estimates already proffered by Germany. Little opposition, therefore, is expected.
