SALE OF MOTOR-CAR
CLAIM FOR PAYMENT PLAINTIFF LOSES CASE Mr. Justice MacGregor found for defendant with costs in the case heard at the Supreme Court yesterday, when Mrs. E. S. Rae claimed £325 from William Alexander Fraser for a motor-car sold to Robert Dickson, with whom Fraser was a partner. His Honour said it was perfectly clear from the documents that the partnership had been dissolved and that Dickson took over all its liabilities.
