IMPRISONMENT FOR DEBT LIMITATION BILL A UNANIMOUS COMMITTEE WELLINGTON, Oct. 2. In the House of Representatives the Statutes Revision Committee, reporting ■on the Imprisonment for Debt Limitation Amendment Bill (Mr H, G. b. Mason), recommended that it shoulu not bo allowed to proceed. Mr V\. J. Broadfoot stated that the Committee •had been unanimous in its decision.
