TROUBLE IS SLOWLY EXTENDING GENERAL STRIKE AIMED AT. (Received 9.0 a.m.) DELHI, July 31. Since the introduction of the sixty four aweek in the jute mills from July 1, unrest amongst the mill hands is slowly extending until now between twenty and forty thousand are idle.
