Synthetic Milk.

KEEN RIVAL OF THE COW.

A DAIRYMAN’S MISTAKE. [By Electric Telegraph—Copyright] Times and Sydney Sun Services. (Received 8 a.m.) London, March 17. Synthetic milk is pure, wholesome, and highly nutritive, possessing all the virtues of the natural product. It is made in the London Chemical Laboratory. The fluid is indistinguishable from rich cow’s milk, and is delightfully smooth to the palate. A dairyman was given two glasses, one containing his own milk and the other the artificial article. He praised the latter, believing it was his own

milk. Synthetic milk is built up from casein obtained from the Sova bean.
