BEARY ARRESTED AGAIN.

REFUSAL TO RENDER SERVICE. Christchurch, January 13. C. Beary, a prominent arbitration--Ist, was arrested to-day in connection with his refusal to render military service. Mary inis, been prosecuted about ten times, and served several terms of imprisonment and military detention. His case was mentioned in Parliament during the session, when the Minister said there was no desire to carry the prosecution of a conscientious objector to extremes.
