WATERSIDERS' AGREEMENT.

ADDRESSED BY MR McCOOMBS. [Per Press Association.] • Christchurch, January 13. At a meeting of watersiders last night a resolution passed by arbitrationists excluding Mr McCoombs from their meetings was rescinded. The Member for Lyttelton addressed the meeting regarding the agreement entered into by the union with employers and filed before ex-strikers were admitted to membership.

After discussion, it was deided to set up a committee to consider the union’s position with regard to various clauses of the agreement.
