RECRUITS FOR THE NAVY.
[By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) [United Press Association.] (Received 9.15 a.m. ) ; London, November 16. There is a boom,in recruiting for the Navy. Owing to the prospect of the. commissions now held out, it is expected that the recruits this year will number 70,000, compared to 18,000 last year and 11,000 in 1909.
