Charges.— It oxctiauges continuously open—Business establishments, £7 ; private residences, £6 per annum. Exchanges not continuously open, an equal charge of £5. Telephone Exchange# at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin, Invercargill, Napier, Hastings, Palmerston North, and Wanganui are open all day and all night.
