The prospectus of the I’nited Kingdom Defence Union has been issued. Two manufacturers have guaranteed £50,000 apiece. The rest of the members of the union are invited to complete fifty millions. The subscriptions will be operative only when the whole is guaranteed. All calls will be made/pro rata according to the amount guaranteed, and will not exceed 1\ per cent, annually.
