[By Electric Telegraph—Copyright]

[United Press Association.] (Received 11.15 a.m.)

Berlin

November 16

In connection with the prohibition of twelve Socialist meetings in support of a movement to persuade people todeave the Russian State Church, newspapers are freely criticising the Empress, who attended an, official conference, to decide on the means for checking the anti-church movement.
